Shipping policy
All products are made to order which allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and avoid holding excess stock. Shipping timelines include both order processing and delivery time.
We work to confirm and process orders as quickly as possible after purchase. Orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days of confirmation, though this may take slightly longer during busy periods or public holidays. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched for delivery. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once production has started.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. If an order contains multiple items or different product types, items may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately, which may result in multiple deliveries and tracking notifications.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to activate, depending on the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided at checkout, though we will always assist where possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping charge to resend, and refunds cannot be offered for orders lost due to incorrect address information.
Under UK consumer law, orders may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, which remain fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
